Patricia Santa Marina

Founder & CEO

Political Scientist and Ph.D. candidate in Sociology, she specialized in international PR and Corporate Communication. Patricia has worked with media leaders from Argentina and the world in both media companies and multinationals. She has made an axis in media as a business, freedom of the press, the positioning of companies, brands and start-ups and has experience in the development of media from square one. With more than 15 years of experience in C-level positions, she has led communication teams for the entire Latin American region. In 2013, she founded PSM Corporate Communication, today MINERBA Corporate Communication.

Inés Etchebarne

International Accounts Director

A Political Scientist specialized in Foreign Affairs from Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) with a masters degree in Arts Management from City University, London. Inés is a cultural producer and experienced networker.

Marcia Méndez Knaudt

MINERBA Bolivia

Managing partner of BMG Group, Marcia Mendez Knaudt is MINERBA Bolivia's COO. Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Marcia has over 20 years of experience in international companies, and co-founded BMG Group, dedicated to provide corporative services and solutions regarding finance, human resources and capacitation across Bolivia.

Josefina Pascale

MINERBA URUGUAY

Graduated in Communications, with a Specialization in Advertising and Marketing from the ORT University of Uruguay, Josefina has worked as a Creative Writer and Strategic Planner in the largest advertising agencies in Montevideo. As an independent consultant, she has worked for different brands on communication projects. In the teaching field, she has been a professor of the Advertising Campaign Workshop at the ORT University. She has also taught Creative Writing and Writing workshops.

Isabel Pelayo

International Associate Consultant

Based in Chile, Isabel has a degree in Marketing and Communications from Universidad de Artes, Ciencias y Comunicación (UNIACC) of Santiago de Chile. She has an extensive track record in training and management of Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Press and Corporate Social Responsibility. Isabel has had leadership roles in many important international companies and is also a faculty member at UNIACC.

Victoria Santa Marina

Administration and HR Manager

With a degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Belgrano, Victoria has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human capital administration and has specialized in process auditing. She worked for large companies and in the public sector. She joined MINERBA in 2020.

Astrid Walberg

Marketing Communication

After studying Political Science at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), she specialized in Marketing Communication. Following several years working in multinational companies both in Argentina and Chile, she joined MINERBA CC in 2015.

Niza Campuzano

International Associate Consultant

Graduated in Communication and Marketing Sciences from the Universidad de Anáhuac de México. Niza has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Communication and Marketing strategy, Business and Artistic Coaching, Public Relations and Coordination & Logistics of events for organizations. Her projects include press and positioning campaigns for NGOs in health and CSR.
